Rental Process
Firstly please make a reservation for house-hunting before apply.
After deciding on an apartment, please let our staff know about your intended length of stay and date of arrival. Please note that the shortest contract period is one month.
If your staying term is less than a month, please see our hotel website.
We are happy to accept both companies and private individuals. Please review the required information for your contract type:
- Corporate Contract
- Certificate of corporate registration
- Company seal
- Corporate Profile
- We will copy your Photo ID.
- Private Contract
- We will copy your Photo ID.
- Proof of Income
After inspection, please complete the contract and any other relevant documents. Please submit these documents to us one day before the start date after sealing the necessary documents. We also ask that you please pay the rent by means of bank transfer one day before the contract's start date.
*We will require a deposit of 1 month's rent for contracts exceeding 3 months.
*The contract must be for at least 1 month (fixed lease contract)
*In the case that you cancel the contract prematurely for any reason we will not refund the remainder of the money.
We will give you keys at the front desk and explain about the facilities.
