What is included in the rental fee?
The rental price includes fees for the management of communal areas, heating and cooling, water and electricity, internet, and a housekeeping charge.

You view the property and submit your application
We review your documentation and ID Necessary documents for corporations: Copy of Corporate Registration Seal (name stamp) Registration Certificate Necessary documents for individuals: Government-issued photo ID (e.g. Resident's card or Passport) Proof of Earnings. *For more than 3 month contract, additional documents may be reguired.
We draw up the contract and confirm the agreement terms
You sign and return the contract to us (at least one day before the start of your stay)
You make payment via bank transfer (We must receive confirmation of receipt of payment at least one day before the start of your stay) We confirm receipt of your payment
Is a deposit, 'key money' or 'guarantee money' required?
We require a deposit based on the length of your contract. None for 1 to 3 months, and 1 month's rent for contracts of more than 3 months. After moving out, if there is no damage to your room, the full deposit will be returned via bank deposit transfer. We do not require any 'key money'.
Is there an agency handling charge?
Broker's commission will not be charged if you apply to us directly.
Is there a cancellation fee?

Can the contract be extended?

Sorry, no pets are allowed in our apartments.

Internet service is available free of charge.

Most of our buildings offer cable television with English-language TV channels. Please check the individual property details.

The minimum contract is from 1 month. If shorter stay is required, we can always introduce you our hotel services.
