Security cameras are installed throughout the premises. The cameras keep a close watch on the spacious grounds and record video for set intervals. Making sure residents are always safe is our firstpriority.

レンジフード・エアコン換気口のフィルター交換、排水管洗浄、実装済照明の管球交換、浄水器カートリッジの交換などを、定期的に無償で行います。
Maintenance of facilities
We conduct replacement of filters for cooking stove exhaust hoods and air conditioner ventilation openings, cleaning of drainpipes, replacement of bulbs for mounted lighting fixtures, replacement of cartridges in water purifiers, etc. on a regular basis free of charge.
