Yoyogi-Uehara - Located on the west side of Tokyo, this leafy district has a distinctly suburban feel. Despite being outside the city center, it is only minutes away from major business and commercial districts thanks to numerous train and bus lines servicing the area. Dominating the landscape is Yoyogi Park, one of the city's largest. The park is a favorite gathering place on weekends where people come to play music, bicycle, or unleash their dogs in one of the city's few fenced dog runs. Also in the area are a number of international schools, which use English as the primary language of instruction.
